About Hollie Packman:
As the founder of Packman and Associates, Inc., Hollie brings over sixteen years of consulting experience with clients from around the world. Over the years, she has earned the trust of physicians, attorneys, program managers, engineers, sales organizations, management consultants, marketing executives, vice presidents and CEO's. These relationships have consistently resulted in positive outcomes for clients including MCI, Amgen, Medtronic, Genentech, Nestle, the Los Angeles Times, and McKinsey & Company.
Her primary focus is to improve the quality and nature of individual relationships at work. She focuses on helping people communicate with more clarity, vision, empathy, and leadership. Clients have specifically reported their appreciation for her simple insights, candid counsel, and ability to understand complex work environments. She emphasizes a balance between solid research founded advice and a stable counsel setting where clients are able to learn from themselves.
Hollie is a published author with the ability to translate behavioral research into practical tips for her clients. She holds a Master's in Business Communication from Pepperdine University and a Bachelors degree in Speech Communication.
Hollie has also co-founded a successful non-profit organization dedicated to helping the poor and homeless in her community, (sosmalibu.org). She lives in Newbury Park with her husband, Daniel, and daughters, Sydney and Maxine.
