About Jennifer Sandoval:
Jennifer brings a wide range of experience and expertise to Packman & Associates, Inc. She has extensive experience in intercultural and organizational communication and currently teaches at the University of New Mexico while she pursues a Ph.D. in their Communication and Journalism Department. Jennifer previously taught for Pepperdine University as an expert on the topics of intercultural and conflict communication.
She helps clients as both a consultant and advocate in the areas of interpersonal communication effectiveness, intercultural competence as well as negotiation and conflict resolution. She has served a wide variety of clients including Verizon, United Way, Amgen, Nike, as well as several not for profits and state and city government agencies. Jennifer has built her practice on the belief that effective interdisciplinary research can be applied to real-world challenges. She focuses on a pragmatic approach that allows individuals to problem solve in an interactive and strategic environment. Jennifer holds a Master's of Dispute Resolution and a Bachelor's of Organizational Communication.
