About Michael Radka:
Michael Radka has extensive experience in management and training. Because of his experience as an internal training manager, he brings a deep understanding of the pressures and constraints leaders face when considering training for their people. Michael also has a depth of experience in developing training curriculum and seeing change initiatives through to completion. He has consistently established positive, productive working relationships with executives as a facilitator, coach, and mentor.
Michael works to help executives establish credibility with fellow employees, problem solve, and have an increased ability to plan and organize. Michael is appreciated for his simple and effective approach for training and developing others.
Michael graduated from Pepperdine University with a Degree in Psychology. He has flourished in team environments in sports and business for most his life.
