About Michelle Stuchell:
Michelle has extensive experience in leadership and organizational development in the non-profit and private sectors. As a certified coach and facilitator, Michelle has worked with executives and corporate leaders in strategic planning, developing leadership and communication skills and efficient execution. Her counseling background results in an ability to help clients learn from themselves.
She leads workshops on a variety of skills such as visioning and strategic planning, effective goals, emotional intelligence and the power of purpose. Clients have included executives from Mass Mutual Financial Group, The Department of Criminal Justice, The Commonwealth of Virginia and Farmer’s Insurance. Michelle has had the opportunity to speak and lead workshops all over the country including opening for Zig Ziglar.
Michelle has a BS in Psychology from the University of Richmond and a MS in Counseling from the Medical College of Virginia. She loves to travel and has been to China, South Africa, Latvia, Mexico, and most of the European Union. She and her husband James live in Richmond, Virginia with their daughter, Eleyna.
