About Sherry Nooravi:
With 15 years of experience in organizational development, change management and leadership development, Sherry has worked with leaders of Fortune 500, small business and public-sector companies to design and implement organizational solutions to link strategy and employee performance. Her efforts result in increased efficiency, improved communication and more engaged teams.
Sherry's areas of expertise include strategic change, executive coaching, and employee development and communications. She leads workshops on a range of topics including leadership, team-building and presentation skills. Clients describe her style as dynamic, candid and inspirational.
Sherry holds a Doctorate of psychology degree in Organization Development from Alliant International University, a Master's degree in Business Communication from Pepperdine University and Bachelors degrees in Journalism and Psychology from California State University, Northridge. She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the DiSC® Personal Profile System self-assessment tools. In addition, she is a certified trainer through the American Society of Training and Development as well as a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
Sherry teaches university level communication courses and serves as a visiting lecturer to Pepperdine University. She speaks Spanish, Farsi and conversational French and has studied in Spain and Costa Rica.
