Heidi Koorenny-Billings is a trusted coach, consultant, and facilitator who works across all levels of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed firms to high-growth tech startups and non-profits. She partners closely with executive leaders and teams to strengthen communication, alignment, and overall effectiveness in complex business environments.

Before joining Packman & Associates, Heidi held leadership roles in Corporate Communications and Public Relations across aerospace, finance, and real estate. In those roles, she developed and led strategic communication initiatives, including executive messaging and speechwriting for CEOs.

Today, Heidi coaches leadership teams around the world and designs and facilitates offsites and workshops for senior executives and their organizations. Her approach blends real-world business experience with authenticity, empathy, and a strong sense of perspective, often bringing a bit of humor into the work to keep it grounded and human.

Heidi holds an M.S. in Organizational Communication and Leadership from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Speech Communication. She is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications in Insights Discovery, Hogan Assessments, Working Genius, and Multipliers. She also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Communication Division at Pepperdine University.

Originally from Southern California, Heidi has traveled extensively with her two daughters and now lives near the beach in the Los Angeles area.
